Terms & Conditions – GBR 2.0 Program

1. Definitions & Role:

  • Promoter: A woman registered with GSENSU MART Pvt Ltd to bring potential customers to the showroom and assist in sales.
  • Company: GSENSU MART Pvt Ltd, the operator of the GBR 2.0 Promoter Program.

2. Eligibility Criteria:

  • Only women aged 18 years or above are eligible to apply.
  • Applicants must provide valid Aadhaar and PAN cards.
  • Individuals associated with other MLM or network marketing schemes are not allowed.

3. Promotion Workflow:

  • Promoters will receive a unique ID card or code from the company.
  • They must accompany referred customers to the store.
  • The promoter’s code/card must be used during billing to log the sale.

4. Profit Structure:

  • Promoters earn a fixed profit on every successful sale they refer.
  • Earnings are calculated monthly and paid within 10 working days after month-end.
  • Returns or cancellations may reduce the final earnings accordingly.

5. Termination & Prohibited Activities:

  • Falsifying customer entries, misrepresentation, or manipulation will result in immediate removal.
  • GSENSU MART Pvt Ltd holds the right to take final decisions in such matters.

6. Legal Standing:

  • Promoters are considered independent partners, not employees or legal representatives of the company.
  • GSENSU MART is not liable for any personal disputes or misconduct by promoters.

7. Modification of Terms:

  • The company may change or update these terms at any time.
  • All changes will be communicated via web portal, email, or SMS.
